PayAPI Market is a discovery catalogue. Listing is free. We do not charge a take-rate on provider settlements in this window.

Providers

You warrant you control the API and the payTo wallet you submit. The badge means we paid one route from our wallet and got a response we judged to be product. It is not a warranty, SLA, or endorsement of your business. We can reject, unbadge, or remove a listing if the route fails, the wallet does not match, the host is ephemeral, or the listing is misleading.

Buyers / agents

Catalogue search is free. If you pay a listed API you are paying that provider, not CONCOR. We are not a party to that call. Settlement is on-chain USDC on Base via x402. No refunds from us for a provider's output.

MCP

https://payapi.market/mcp is free, read-only, and does not return HTTP 402.

Acceptable use

No abuse of the catalogue, no scraping that knocks the site over, no listings that are malware, illegal content, or a wallet that is not yours.

Liability

The site is provided as is. Our liability is limited to £100 or the amount you paid us for listing fees in the last 12 months (currently £0), whichever is greater, except where the law does not allow a cap.

We can change these terms. The date at the top is the current version.
