Who we are

PayAPI Market is the trading name of CONCOR TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (company number 16633188), 67 Josephine Avenue, London SW2 2JZ, United Kingdom. Contact: chet@payapi.market or hello@payapi.market.

What this site does

The site is a catalogue of pay-per-call APIs for AI agents. Discovery on https://payapi.market/mcp and /agent is free and does not require an account. Paying a listed API happens on the provider's own endpoint via x402 (USDC on Base). We do not take that payment.

Data we may hold

• Provider listing form fields (name, email, API URL, wallet address, price, description) when someone submits /list
• Emails sent to chet@payapi.market or hello@payapi.market
• Optional homepage playbook / email capture addresses
• Server logs (IP, user agent, path, time) for abuse and uptime
• First-party analytics (Umami or equivalent): page path and referrer. No advertising cookies. No sale of personal data
• On-chain canary payments we make from our own buyer wallet to verify a listing. Those settlements are public on Base. They are not a customer billing database

We do not require buyers to create an account. We do not store card numbers. We are not the merchant of record for provider APIs.

Why we hold it

To operate the catalogue, reply to listing requests, stop abuse, and keep the site up. Lawful bases: contract (listing), legitimate interests (security, analytics), consent where you typed an email into a capture form.

Who else sees it

Hosting (Vercel), email (Resend / Microsoft 365), database (Supabase) as processors. Listed providers receive traffic and payment on their own servers; their privacy terms apply to that call. We do not sell lists.

How long

Listing rows while the listing is live plus a short archive. Email threads as needed to run the desk. Logs rotated. You can ask us to delete a capture email.

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability. Email chet@payapi.market. You can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Children

This site is not for anyone under 18.
