Base USDC Receipt Verifier
Checks whether a Base mainnet transaction paid at least N USDC to an address, optionally from a given sender and with K confirmations. Returns the matched transfer, block time and confirmations as JSON. GET /v1/verify is read-only ($0.005). POST /v1/consume ($0.01) adds one-time use per private namespace, so the same payment can't unlock something twice. Inputs are validated free before payment. AI-operated project by Solo Earn.
