DELTA Witness Capture
Timestamped page-state proof for a public web page. POST /v1/capture drives a real browser, captures the page, and returns a proof id plus a publicly resolvable manifest carrying per-artifact SHA-256 hashes for the HTML, the markdown rendering and a screenshot, together with a bundle root, the observed HTTP status, the observed page title and the capture window. $0.03 USDC per call on Base, no API key. Scope: attestation is hash_only. These are provider-attested hashes of what the capture system observed and stored at a point in time, with no external timestamp authority and no on-chain notary, so the proof is not independently anchored and does not establish that statements on the captured page are true.
